We are committed to maintaining your privacy.
An Internet Protocol (IP) address is a number that is automatically assigned to your computer every time you browse the Internet. When users request a page from our site, our servers log the user’s current IP address. We use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our servers and to administer our Web site. We do not link IP addresses to anything personally identifiable. This means that a user session will be tracked, but the user will be anonymous.
When you set up an account with Sinergy Motorsports, we will ask you for information about how to contact you, your preferred method of payment and your preferred shipping address. If necessary, we use your contact information to reach you for help processing an order you have placed. We might ask for demographic and interest-based information when you create an account. Whether you provide such information is purely optional. We might, from time to time, use this information to send you alerts about upcoming events and promotions. We also, on occasion, may ask you to participate in a survey. You may “opt-out” of receiving such communications by sending us an e-mail by contacting us using one of the methods listed below under How to Contact Us. You also control the other parts of your account information. You may update it at any time the same way: by signing in from Register / Sign In in the left of the navigation bar and then clicking on “change” to reenter any account information you wish to change. You may also change your account information by contacting us using one of the methods listed below under How to Contact Us.
When you purchase a product we ask you for information such as name, address, and credit card information. We Store and use this information so we can process your order. If necessary, we might use this information to contact you for help processing your order. When you go to the main pages in our Resource Center area, Sinergy Motorsports gives you the option of alerting a friend via an e-mail that contains a link to our site. All such information is Stored on our servers, but we will not send solicitations to the friend you have chosen to e-mail with this feature. Whenever you submit messages or feedback for other users, we Store that information. If we post such information, you will not be able to change or remove it from the site. Whenever you send us personal correspondence, such as e-mail or letters, or if other users or third parties send us correspondence about your activities or postings on the site, we may collect and Store such information.
If for some reason, you want us to remove your credit card and contact information from our database, we will, but only after all of your transactions have been completed. All you have to do is send us an e-mail, visit our Customer Service Center or contact us using one of the methods listed below under How to Contact Us. Such information, however, is never completely removed from our database archives because we routinely back up our servers for disaster recovery and tax-record purposes.

Stocking items can be returned within 30 days of purchase. Items returned outside the 30 day return window can still be returned, but will only be issued their value in store credit, less a 25% restocking fee. Special order items cannot be returned. Please contact us if you’re not sure if your item is returnable.
All returns are subject to inspection. Any part that, in our opinion, shows evidence of being used or installed contrary to manufacturer’s instructions and/or subjected to improper handling, packaging, or shipping by the customer will not be eligible for exchange, refund, or warranty consideration. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee or refuse any exception.
Sinergy Motorsports will not accept any product that appears to have been used unless there is a valid warranty issue as defined by the manufacturer/vendor. An inspection process may take place to verify the product meets the warranty criteria. Products used in racing or off road conditions are only warranted against manufacturer defects prior to installation.
Inspections of returned merchandise are completed within 4-6 days of receipt of the return. Additional time may be needed if the merchandise must be returned to the manufacturer/vendor for further testing.
Sinergy Motorsports cannot accept returns of special or custom ordered parts. Programming or Software are non-refundable. We reserve the right to refuse any exceptions.
Do not file a credit card dispute if you have any issues or problems with your orders.
Please contact us to resolve any issues before you file any disputes.
